The Connecting Champions Marathon team is held in memory of Victoria Ondo-Burnfin, who was a Connecting Champions intern and mentor. Victoria was a source of inspiration–teaching us to chase our dreams and not let anything, even cancer, hold us back. We’re humbled and grateful for the opportunity to honor Victoria’s memory through the smiles on our participants’ faces and the hope in their eyes. #TeamVic
In our first year (2019), our team of 19 ran a collective 182.8 miles, raised $12,669, and made 50 friendships possible.
OUR 2021 GOAL:Â $5,000, 20 friendships
After you register, our team captains will send you an email on how to fundraise through your own custom Connecting Champions Page–don’t worry, we keep it simple.
