Arias is a small-town farm kid from Ohio. After studying music education and performance, and working as a freelance musician and instructor, she found Connecting Champions and fell in love with both the organization and mission and being able to use her affinity for checklists, timelines, and planning for a greater positive impact. She is thrilled to be able to be a part of this team and help more kids and young adults pursue their passions.
