Laura is originally from New Jersey and now lives in Chicago with her husband, their dog Maple, and two cats, Kiwi and Albus. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of South Carolina and is currently pursuing her MSW/MBA at Aurora University in Aurora, Illinois. Before joining Connecting Champions, Laura worked in public and behavioral health, supporting communities through education, outreach, and mentorship programs. She is passionate about helping others feel seen and supported and is excited to bring that heart to the Connecting Champions team.
Laura loves all genres of music and attended her first concert when she was just three years old. A couple of years ago, she went to a Post Malone Concert, and at the end of the concert, he walked past her and gave her a high-five!
