Laura, originally from New Jersey, now calls Chicago her home. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Health Promotion, Education, and Behavior from the University of South Carolina. After college, Laura dedicated herself to a local non-profit organization in South Carolina, where she worked on initiatives to foster healthy and safe communities.
In her leisure time, you can find her curled up with a book with her two cats, Kiwi and Albus Dumblepurr. She also enjoys tending to her collection of houseplants and playing board games. She loves traveling and discovering new places, often accompanied by her husband and their dog Maple.
Laura’s passion for connecting with people and making a positive impact aligns seamlessly with the mission of Connecting Champions. She is excited to contribute to helping kids and young adults reach their goals and follow their dreams.
Laura loves all genres of music and attended her first concert when she was just three years old. A couple of years ago, she went to a Post Malone Concert, and at the end of the concert, he walked past her and gave her a high-five!
